DESCRIPTION
Cell 23 is a progressive metal band based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Formed in 2018, the band has written more than an album's worth of material and is currently in the studio recording their debut full-length record. The five-piece lineup currently consists of vocalist Jeremy Richards, guitarist Ian Hopkins, guitarist Nathan Meredith, bassist Xander Grendel and drummer Stewart Ricker.
Collectively, the band's primary influences range from punk rock and hardcore to hard rock, metal and beyond. Cell 23's songwriting is rather eclectic, reflecting the band's goal of remaining as open minded and limitless as possible in terms of musical style.
