"23 mins with Gyalpo and Dawa" is a talk show from Ladakh. The hosts Gyalpo (a writer) and Dawa (a journalist) discuss a book in each episode. The duo then takes a spin on the ideas and concepts in the book and looks at them from the perspective and context of today's Ladakh. Not only that but they have taken up the challenge to be genre and language agnostic in their approach; meaning, they will include any type and kind of books (Non-fiction and fiction) available in as many languages as possible in their conversations. (primarily English, Ladakhi (Bhoti), Hindi.) The idea is to discuss varied knowledge and information across the board of literature, philosophy and history in the context of Ladakh. Soon, the audience will be treated with guests (readers, writers, thinkers, educators, entrepreneurs etc) from Ladakh participating in their channel.
