While the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is a force to be reckoned with on the road and the track, some might find it “a bit much” for getting to the pickleball court on a Wednesday afternoon. Luckily, GM has a solution with the new 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Brougham Edition. Recently making its big debut at the Sunnyside Shores Senior Sanctuary in Deerfield Beach, Florida, the 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Brougham Edition is dressed to the nines with classic Caddy cues, making it the perfect companion for discerning customers looking to hit the town, but be back by 7.

Giving a nod to the classic Cadillac Brougham from the ‘70s and ‘80s, the 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Brougham Edition features skirted rear wheel wells that house a unique set of solid disc chrome wheels wrapped in whitewall tires. The exterior shows its sassy side with a vinyl top available in “Oh so gray” (pictured here) and “Leather tan.” Both tops cover up the CT5’s somewhat controversial C-pillar along with the small window on the rear doors. A gold pin stripe and classic wreathed hood ornament are standard, while a golden finish for the badges is optional.

The classic cues continue into the cabin, where bench seats accommodate up to six passengers – perfect for taking the grandkids for a ride around the block. The upholstery was upgraded as well, and now incorporates velour for the seats and headliner, available in black, tan, or, for those feeling particularly saucy, purple.

The infotainment gear was upgraded as well, with the screens and other digital nonsense swapped for a tape deck and Delco Bose audio system. A compact disc changer is optional, mounting in the trunk for convenience. The cabin’s carbon inlays was also replaced with mahogany wood trim throughout.

Other touches include a new “Soft” drive mode that includes a unique “floating barge” tune for the Magnetic Ride Control suspension.

“At Cadillac, we like to call the new CT5-V Blackwing Brougham Edition the ‘Boca Bruiser,’ as we’re sure the folks here in Florida will be eager to order this new special edition four-door by the boatload,” said global Cadillac chief Ron Jon.
