Since her rise to fame in the mid 1990s, Jennifer Aniston has maintained her status as an award-winning actress as well as a beauty and style icon. Fans have also always appreciated her honesty about plastic surgery and undergoing a nose job.

In recent months, the Friends alum, 55, has been rumored to have gotten other treatments and has been accused by fans of looking “different.”

A new U.S. Sun interview with Dr. Justin Harper, CEO of Juvly Aesthetics, suggests that Aniston, 55, may have undergone additional cosmetic procedures over the years.

Speaking to the outlet this week, Harper broke down several possible treatments that the star might have had done.

Has Jennifer Aniston Gotten Fillers Recently? A Doctor Weighs In On Her Transformation

While comparing photos of the Morning Show star from the 90s to present day, Harper told the publication that he believes Aniston looks “overfilled” in recent months whereas it used to look like she had “great work” done in the past few years.

“She had many nasolabial facial folds when she was young,” he said. Harper added: “Now she doesn’t, but the trade-off is this kind of weird, masculine midface.” Harper then reflected: “If you would have asked me five years ago or three years ago, I would have said, ‘She’s somebody who had really great work.'”

Harper observed that Aniston’s mouth has a “general flatness” around it now due to what he believes is the result of having received an excessive amount of nasolabial filler. Previously, many celebrities had their lips treated around the borders, which Harper deems to be an incorrect approach.

According to the doctor, the correct approach involves applying the filler “on the inside,” where the line can be seen. He explained that treating the outline borders stretches and widens the lips. By comparing images, Harper believed that Aniston’s lips are now “wider” than they previously were. This, he said, leads to a more “masculine” look.

“If you were to cover all of her upper face and hair, and you were to transpose that with David Beckham or somebody, this middle bit would look the same,” Harper said. He then elucidated the telltale signs of poorly administered cheek filler, even for those who lack medical expertise akin to his own.

“When you see a cheek mound or a cheek circle bulging out at rest, this is something we made,” he revealed. “That is not a natural thing.” Harper also added that he thinks Aniston’s smile now gives rise to prominent mounds on her cheeks, reminiscent of “chipmunk cheeks.”

What Aniston Has Said About Plastic Surgery

While Aniston hasn’t responded to new filler accusations or similar rumors, claims about her reportedly getting a nose job for aesthetic reasons are nothing new. A representative for the Murder Mystery 2 star told Us Weekly in 2018 that she got her deviated septum corrected (to help her sleep) with rhinoplasty.

The source dished to the publication that Aniston needed to “correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” meaning that she did undergo a nose-related plastic surgery procedure before that. Aniston opened up about this for the first time in 2007, in an interview with People Magazine.

“It’s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed – best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years,” she explained. “As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”

The Emmy winner has shot down rumors that she underwent breast augmentation or got Botox or fillers as well. In a 2006 interview, she stressed: “No boob job! You know what it’s called? It’s called 10 pounds.”

The Just Go With It alum added: “Here’s what it is, this is the funny thing, you’re either, ‘Oh, look at the bump,’ and they circle the bump and there’s an arrow. But instead, it’s like, you know, maybe a couple cheese plates too many.”

Regarding the topic of Botox and fillers, Aniston told Harper’s Bazaar Australia in 2014: “There is this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes because I am not injecting s—t into my face.”

The We’re the Millers star continued: “I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god, if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age.”
