A woman has raised eyebrows after revealing her ‘high carnivore’ diet which includes tucking into more than 20 eggs a day. She’s boasted about the health benefits, but others are unsure
A “proud carnivore” has left people baffled as she devours blocks of butter and 22 eggs a day.
Everyone has their own personal dietary preferences, but this woman’s meal plan has left people stunned as she’s revealed what she typically eats in a day.
Ex-vegan Bella started by chomping down on a whole block of butter from the packet followed by a staggering 10 eggs “lightly scrambled. She’s been following a carnivore diet for five years – and claims it has helped heal her eczema, psoriasis, cystic acne and rosacea after being vegan for six years.
Bella goes as far to say that her extreme diet has “healed” her from the “inside and out”. In her ‘food diary’ type video, she said: “What I eat in a day as a high fat carnivore,” and shared how she scrambled 10 eggs for breakfast in beef tallow – which is a type of animal fat – and then for dinner had sautéed beef with a “side of 12 poached eggs”.

People flooded the video with comments about consuming so many eggs, as one TikToker asked: “How can you eat so many eggs?” While another was in favour of her diet and wrote: “Guys you need to understand our carnivore ways only allow us to burn the fat off that we eat as energy.” Another echoed: “Being carnivore is the only diet that helps my boyfriend. Sometimes it’s what you gotta do. It’s worth it when every other food makes you sick.”
Bella swears by the unusual diet, as she claimed in a separate post: “I no longer suffer with chronic bloat, sugar addiction, brain fog, and fatigue and it’s all because of what I eat. Our skin is a direct translation of how our gut health is and my skin suffered when I was exclusively eating plants and carbs. Eating only meat, butter, eggs healed me inside and out.”
According to NHS, we should be consuming a balanced diet in order to maintain our health. “This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions, and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight,” the NHS website states.
Experts from Healthline have warned that a carnivore diet is not ideal for humans. The medical publication stated: “No controlled studies support claims that the carnivore diet can help eliminate health issues. It lacks beneficial nutrients, including fiber and plant compounds like antioxidants. It may be unsafe for some people. The carnivore diet consists entirely of meat and animal products, excluding all other foods.”
