She is beautiful and rich! Sydney Sweeney revealed a hot moment by the pool worth 13 million USD

The Euphoria actress, 26, has just moved in to her $13m oceanfront home in the Sunshine State and was spotted padding around the pool in the black-and-white two piece.

The tiny bikini fastened around her neck and was embellished with tasseled ties that hung neatly around her tight waist.

Sydney shielded her eyes with a far of dark shades and accessorised with only a small pendant.

The Anyone But You star styled her dark locks out away from her face and went for a natural look in terms of makeup.

The South Florida estate includes 19 foot tall cathedral ceilings, custom 10 foot tall mahogany doors that open to the backyard, revealing stunning views of the ocean.

The home features a main house and a guest house connected by a covered breezeway.

It has a total of six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths- half in the main house and half in the guest house.

The mansion has an indoor/outdoor kitchen, with a 520 bottle wine room, 330 gallon aquarium and a room to view the pool through mermaid windows.

The house also has three sets of washer and dryers, with top of the line appliances throughout.

It was built in 2015, with a total of almost 59,000 square feet of land.

In 2023, Sydney bought her second home – another property in Los Angeles.’

And so it’s really cool too, my granny still lives in the house next door. So I’m neighbors with my granny now,’ she added.

In 2023, Sydney revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she bought  back her great-grandmother’s house – which her family sold due to money struggles.

She told Kelly: ‘My great-grandma had this beautiful house, two bedroom, cute house that they lived in. My grandma was born in it. My mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home. And when my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandma got old, they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore.’

Sydney revealed in 2022, she ‘called up [the realty company] and I said I want to buy my great-grandmother’s house back.’
