Shocking footage showed Wayne, brother to England football legend Gary Lineker, collapsing to the ground after being smacked once in the face by a man outside Eden bar.

He was left unconscious for six minutes in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Now another video has emerged showing an idiot performing a WWE-referee style count as Wayne lays out cold.

Moments after Wayne hits the pavement, a heartless onlooker can be seen running over before bending down and smacking the concrete next to him.

Wayne’s female friend could be seen trying to help him as the yob continued to hit the ground next to them.

In an update today, Wayne shared a photo of himself posing with his thumb up as he showed off his injuries.

He wrote on Instagram: “I have a few stitches and a swollen lip. It could have been much worse so I count myself very fortunate I wasn’t standing 2 yards further back, as my head would have impacted the wall.

“Obviously the video is very disturbing to see especially for my family.”

An 18-year-old Welsh student who witnessed the punch said: “It was horrible – he looked like he could have been dead at one point.

“Wayne just fell on the floor and the man and his friends ran off. He was completely unconscious.

“He wasn’t really speaking much when he did eventually come back round.

“I stayed to help him and the police turned up but they weren’t there for long and didn’t really do much and left quickly.”

A shocked witness told The Sun the two men had started arguing after the thug and his mates began pestering Wayne’s female pal, who is in her 20s.

As Wayne tried to leave in a taxi, the man – with a group of six pals – squared up to him and slammed the door shut.

Moments later, he struck Wayne on the chin, sending him flopping to the ground.

The attacker and his pals quickly fled the scene as Wayne was surrounded by concerned onlookers.

He was knocked out at 4.04am – before coming back around around six minutes later at 4.10am.

Wayne eventually left in a taxi around an hour after the punch was thrown.

On Tuesday, Wayne posted a video to his Instagram of himself clinking wine glasses with the female friend at the centre of the row.

After the attack, Wayne broke his silence on Wednesday afternoon as he shared a sweet clip was shared to celebrate son Freddie’s 20th birthday.

Underneath a video of a much younger Freddie playing with a hoola hoop, the dad-of-four wrote: “Happy 20th birthday to my special handsome boy and superstar DJ ..keep doing what’s you’re doing.

“Big things coming your way and to your credit without any help from me !!

“‘Dad I got this. Appreciate you wanting to help me but I need to do this myself’ So proud of you when you said this to me. Love you.”

Wayne is a doting dad to his four kids, sons Duane, Sean, and Freddie and daughter Tia.

But he has a strained relationship with former England striker and Match of the Day host Gary, 63.
