Hello. I started a strictly carnivore diet in August of 23. Weighed 217 lbs. Always tired, depressed, standard american diet. Today I weigh 166. I ride my bicycle when weather permits, and will also do some light treadmill work.

Recently I have cut out milk…😒 which I love! I had been trying to get rid of arthritis in my fingers. Well, 4 days no milk…no hand pain! I have also changed over to more of a ketovore diet. No processed carbs, no sugar or sweeteners. I feel great and have tons of energy. Next step is to add weight training. Here’s a few pics and what I had for lunch!

Taco bowl: ground beef, chopped romaine, avacado, purple onion, pickled jalapeños, black olives, sour cream, shredded off the block cheddar cheese and Tajin flavored pork rinds. Filling!!

No more crap standard amreican diet for me….and damn, I lived for Reeses!! But not worth it to me to eat them any more. Love this way of life…..
