I need some help from you ladies: “I’m going on week 5 of Carnivore and have recently been feeling extremely tired, groggy in the am, and low energy”

I Need some help from you ladies~ I’m going on week 5 of Carnivore and have recently been feeling extremely tired, groggy in the am, and low energy. I am getting enough fat and calories. I’ve been doing bone broth with butter for added fat.

I started this journey for several reasons but mostly because I have had severe stomach issues after being treated for a blood infection with 3 rounds of strong antibiotics which killed my gut microbiome. I’ll include a few pics below.

I’ve been drinking plenty of water with salt and recently added Cream of tarter for potassium. I’ve also unfortunately had to add in Propel sugar free electrolytes to help but am still struggling. I know there’s other better one’s out there but they are not in my budget. (Please save the judgy comments)

I started at 137lbs and am now 125 which may be part of the problem I’m thinking but the benefits I am getting far out way my symptoms described above so I am desperately trying to stay on this woe.

As I mentioned, my gut health is why I started. The list of things below are all things that this woe has “so far” stopped or healed:

Gut

PMLE

Depression

Brain fog & memory issues

Body odor(only happens with my gut problems)but it now completely gone

Sleep problems

Cleared up my skin

Anxiety & Depression

Can not perform even 1/4 of the normal gym routine

Bloating heavy hard gut

Hard skin/fat

Feeling full with no food

Eating 1 meal a day

Pale skin

Blurry vision

Memory problems

Brain fog

Lose words and train of thought easily

Unusually longer recovery time from physical activities or gym

Migraines 3+ a week(Completey gone)

Body smell

Sunburn/PMLE

I am floored at how sick our foods are making us.

My Pmle is completely gone after an 8+ year battle using 70spf mineral block & sun sleeves and clothes.
