Travis Kelce to Host Music Festival, Join Taylor Swift on Europe Tour

Kansas City Chiefs’ standout tight end, Travis Kelce, recently announced his exciting summer plans. Alongside his girlfriend, global music sensation Taylor Swift, Kelce will be hitting the road for Swift’s highly anticipated “Eras Tour” across Europe. But before embarking on this musical journey, Kelce will host his own event – the second edition of the “Kelce Jam” music festival at Kansas City’s Azura Amphitheater on May 18. Headlined by rappers 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, along with musician Diplo, the festival promises to be an unforgettable experience for music enthusiasts, complete with an array of food vendors. Despite Swift’s absence from the lineup, Kelce aims to replicate the success of last year’s event, which drew a crowd of 20,000 despite inclement weather.

Kelce, fresh off his Super Bowl victory with the Chiefs, expressed his excitement about celebrating the win with the Kansas City community once more. Meanwhile, Kelce shared insights into his experience with Swift’s musical tastes, highlighting her creativity and unique approach to music. Kelce’s affection for Swift’s music was evident in a recent Instagram video where he calmly hit a golf shot while a member of his group attempted to distract him with Swift’s “Bad Blood” playing in the background.

As for Swift’s European tour, Kelce hinted at attending some of her shows, particularly those at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium, where Swift is set to perform eight sold-out concerts. Kelce reminisced about his own experience playing at Wembley and marveled at Swift’s ability to consistently fill the massive venue. Amidst their busy schedules, Kelce and Swift have been enjoying quality time together, recently vacationing in the Bahamas ahead of Swift’s upcoming album release, “The Tortured Poets Department,” scheduled for April 19.
