Woman eats 22 eggs and a block of butter every day and claims it has “healed” her of her ailments

Bella, an ex-vegan, shared her extreme carnivore diet on TikTok, which includes eating a whole block of butter and 22 eggs a day, and claims it has “healed” her of her ailments

A self-proclaimed ‘carnivore’ who munches on blocks of butter and 22 eggs daily has horrified the internet

Bella, an ex-vegan, claims her meat-heavy diet helped heal her eczema, psoriasis, cystic acne and rosacea after being vegan for six years. She even goes as far as to say that her extreme diet “healed” her from the “inside and out”.

Her typical day includes 10 scrambled eggs for breakfast and sauteed beef with a “side of 12 poached eggs” for dinner. In a food diary video, which gained more than 627 likes, she was also seen chomping down on a whole block of butter from the packet and eating a bowl of sautéed beef, Mirror reports.

In a voice over, she said it was “what I eat in a day as a high fat carnivore”. But the clip has sparked a debate online about whether her diet could be harmful – with many TikTok users taking to the comments claiming to be worried about her.

One user said: “I’ll never feel like I’m unhealthy again.” Another asked: “How can you eat so many eggs?” Meanwhile, a third commented: “What about cholesterol levels?” A fourth simply branded it “nasty.”

However, a fifth user defended her, writing: “Being carnivore is the only diet that helps my boyfriend. Sometimes it’s what you gotta do. It’s worth it when every other food makes you sick.”

But regardless of other people’s opinions, Bella swears by her unique diet, saying: “I no longer suffer with chronic bloat, sugar addiction, brain fog, and fatigue and it’s all because of what I eat. Our skin is a direct translation of how our gut health is and my skin suffered when I was exclusively eating plants and carbs. Eating only meat, butter, eggs healed me inside and out.”

The NHS advises us to eat a balanced diet to stay healthy. They say: “This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions, and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight,” according to their website.
